UK Jazz-Funk vocalist / keyboardist Atheen has more than 30 years experience as a signed artist, songwriter, composer and producer. She has toured, supported Soul II Soul and operated a distribution label for 10 years, helping other artists in their music careers.
She launched the Modal Records label in 2020 for her own Jazz-Funk, Nu Disco style releases, where she is inviting some of her favourite performers to appear as guest artists on tracks, including so far Nick Van Gelder, Gary Barnacle and Johnny Thirkell.
